Rest The Mind Through Meditation
Meditation is the perfect way to relax during or after a busy workday. So much of the stress and tension we normally experience comes from our mind, and many of the problems we experience, including ill health, are caused or aggravated by this stress. In this program, Gen Kelsang Chokyan, Resident Teacher at the Kadampa Meditation Center, will show you how meditation can help reduce stress and calm the mind.
