On Radio and Television

USF St. Petersburg is preparing its residence hall for the new school year by inviting IKEA and Wal-Mart in to give one of its rooms a makeover. The residence hall, which opened last year and is the first such hall in USF St. Pete's forty-year history, houses almost 350 students in four-person suite-style units. In addition to social and civic activities, students will now be able to attend classes in a new classroom right in the building. Room rates range between about 500 and 600 dollars a month, which covers cable TV, local telephone service, utilities and rent.
