Florida Secretary of State Resigns

With the Florida Presidential primary just weeks away, the man in charge of state elections is resigning. Secretary of State Kurt Browning gave the governor that news today. He will stay on until February the 17th -- through the primary. Of course, the 2012 Presidential election is also looming in the not-so-distant future. We checked in with Tampa Bay Times Political Editor Steve Bousquet in Tallahassee for reaction to the Browning resignation. And, he said it wasn't exactly a surprise..
