An Innovation Corridor On Bruce B. Downs Boulevard?

The new $60 million Morsani College of Medicine isn't the only development planned along Bruce B. Downs Boulevard. The Tampa Bay Business Journal is reporting there are long-range plans to turn the area into an "innovation Corridor." Editor Alexis Muellner says that would include a $160 million, 10-story USF rehabilitation science, engineering and medicine facility. That would be a public-private partnership among federal, state and local governments as well as entrepreneurs.
