Harris Fields Questions About Subpoena

Katherine Harris' campaign has been dogged by accusations she received a grand jury subpoena from federal investigators and didn't tell her campaign advisors - or the leadership of the House of Representatives.

When asked why there are subpoenas coming to her office, Harris had this response:

HARRIS: We had information we wanted to get to them. And earlier on, I wanted to get it right away and it wasn't forthcoming. And so now they know we want to help completely, and so I don't believe there ever would have been a subpoena if they knew how willing we were to give them the information to show how clearly defined our innocence is.

Harris says there were issues with her legal staff why that information wasn't forthcoming.
