Although he has appeared in films and on TV, Leon Redbone’s main focus is to honor songs from the first half of the 20th century through live performances. Donning his signature white fedora, jacket and sunglasses, Redbone’s delivery is intimate and low-key, but his mastery of the guitar is impressive as he offers fingerpicking with a ragtime bounce or jumps between chords with the grace of a hurdler.
