Reynolds has been with Europa since it was founded. He edited Muriel Barbery’s The Elegance of the Hedgehog and has translated several books from Italian.
Europa is the publishing company that is known for its distinctive design and for its pioneering work publishing writers from around the world—resulting in an impressive list of bestsellers and award winners. Among their publications are: The Elegance of the Hedgehog, Old Filth and My Brilliant Friend. Michael will be at the bookstore revealing Europa’s successful recipe. He’ll talk about how books are selected for translation, who does the translations, who designs those gorgeous covers and more.
